Hopstiq was built by the team behind a hospitality staffing company — from inside the hotels, not from across a conference table.
In 2018, we founded ATI Solutions, a hospitality staffing company in Austin, Texas. Our job was to place housekeeping and operations staff into hotels — which meant we worked alongside some of the best-known brands in the country, and saw, up close, how their day-to-day actually ran.
We also saw what wasn’t working. The same problems came up at property after property: boards that weren’t fair, schedules that didn’t match the house, and good people walking out the door within their first ninety days.
The tools meant to help weren’t built for the people doing the work. They recorded what happened after the fact, but they couldn’t see the work as it unfolded, keep it fair, or flag a problem before it became a resignation.
So we built the system we wished our clients had. Hopstiq comes from years inside hotel operations — not a theory about them. It’s built for the housekeepers, engineers, and front-desk teams who keep a hotel running, and for the operators trying to keep them.
